How Working With StoryMade Happens
From first message to the moment you walk into your styled venue — here is exactly what to expect.
One · Your Enquiry
Send us a few details about your day — your date, your venue and the atmosphere you are hoping for. We will confirm within two working days whether your date is available. We take on a limited number of weddings each year, so early conversations matter.
Two · Your Consultation
We talk properly. A relaxed call or a meeting at your venue, where we listen to what you have imagined, look at anything you have saved, and talk honestly about what your budget will achieve. No pressure, no obligation.
Three · Your Design Proposal
Within a week you will receive a considered proposal: a visual moodboard showing how your day will look, a clear breakdown of every element, and a firm price. Nothing hidden, nothing assumed. You are welcome to ask for changes until it feels right.
Four · Your Date Is Held
To secure your wedding date, we ask for a 50% booking fee. This is deducted from your final balance. From here we stay in touch as your plans settle — final numbers, table layouts, any late additions.
The remaining balance is due four weeks before your wedding.
Five · Your Wedding Morning
We arrive early, we style everything, and we leave before your guests arrive. You will walk into a finished room. If anything needs moving between your ceremony and reception, we handle that too. All you need to do is enjoy it.

Ceremony & Reception Styling

Designed for couples wanting both their ceremony and reception styled with intention, without requiring a full venue transformation.
This starting investment is ideal for creating a beautifully cohesive look across your day, while working thoughtfully within your overall budget.

Our On-the-Day Styling service is designed for couples who want everything beautifully styled — without the stress of setting up themselves.
You provide the décor, and we bring the Storymade eye for detail.
On your wedding morning, we carefully dress your venue using your items, ensuring every element is placed with balance, intention and a refined, cohesive finish. From table settings and signage to favours, candles and styling details, we transform your pieces into a polished, professionally styled space.
So while we style, you can relax, get ready and soak in every moment — knowing your vision is being brought to life exactly as you imagined.

Booking and Payment, Clearly Explained
Every wedding we style is quoted individually, so the prices on this page are honest starting points rather than fixed packages. What your final figure looks like depends on your guest numbers, your venue and how much of the day you would like us to style.
To secure your wedding date, we ask for a 50% booking fee. This is deducted from your final balance. The remaining balance is due four weeks before your wedding.
If your plans change/guest numbers shift, or you would like to add something — we will adjust your quote and confirm it in writing before anything is charged.
